The DiscorAds platform, accessible at https://discorads.com, is an advertising network that connects advertisers wishing to distribute promotional content ("Advertisers") with Discord server owners or administrators who voluntarily agree to distribute such content ("Publishers").
DiscorAds acts exclusively as a technical and commercial intermediary. DiscorAds is neither the publisher of advertising content nor the operator of the services or products being promoted.
DiscorAds is an independent platform, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord.
Access to the Platform is reserved for persons with legal capacity. Registration implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTU.
DiscorAds reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to any User, without justification, in the event of non-compliance with these GTU or any identified risk.
DiscorAds is responsible for the prior validation of Advertising Content, the matching of Advertisers with Publishers, and the technical monitoring of Campaigns.
DiscorAds does not participate in drafting Advertising Content, which is provided exclusively by Advertisers.
Any Campaign is distributed exclusively on servers that have given their explicit consent, in particular through a system of topics and tags. Publishers may remove a Campaign from their server at any time.
Publishers declare and warrant that they: hold the necessary rights to monetise their Discord server; provide accurate information regarding the topic and audience of their server; inform their community of the presence of sponsored content; and comply with Discord's applicable rules and conditions.
Publishers remain solely responsible for the content distributed on their servers.
Advertisers undertake to provide Advertising Content that is lawful, fair, and non-misleading; to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; to not intentionally target minors; and to include all mandatory legal disclaimers, in particular with respect to responsible use warnings.
Advertisers bear full responsibility for their Campaigns.
Campaigns falling under the High-Risk Ads categories are subject to enhanced scrutiny. They are distributed only on servers that have explicitly accepted this type of content.
In the event of a report, complaint, or identified risk, DiscorAds reserves the right to immediately remove the Campaign without prior notice. No refund is guaranteed for suspended High-Risk Ads Campaigns.
DiscorAds reserves the absolute and discretionary right to refuse any Campaign, suspend or remove any Advertising Content, or terminate an ongoing Campaign, without any obligation to provide justification, in particular in the event of legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk.
The treatment of unconsumed budgets is left to the sole discretion of DiscorAds.
DiscorAds is bound by a best-efforts obligation only. DiscorAds shall not be held liable for the commercial performance of Campaigns, interactions between Users and third parties, or any sanctions or actions taken by Discord or any competent authority.
DiscorAds collects and makes available Campaign statistics in aggregated form. No personal data of Discord end users is collected.
In the event of fraud, abuse, or repeated breaches, earnings may be withheld, accounts suspended or deleted, and a permanent ban may be imposed.
DiscorAds reserves the right to amend these GTU at any time.
These GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
